Coach Haynes founded FSA Recruiting to provide student-athletes and families with the honest, informed guidance that is often missing from the recruiting process. His experience as a former college student-athlete, coach, educator, administrator, and MLB associate scout gives him a well-rounded understanding of athlete development, evaluation, academics, family communication, and college fit.
As FSA Recruiting expands, qualified sport-specific coaches will be added who share the organization’s commitment to integrity, education, and personalized guidance.
