MEET Coach Haynes
Isaac, an Atlanta native, began his college baseball career at Howard University before returning home to complete his education and playing career at Georgia State University. He holds a Bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Since 2004, Isaac has worked as a Health and Physical Education teacher and administrator, and his coaching career spans middle school through more than a decade as a high school head baseball and softball coach. He later served as an associate scout for both the Baltimore Orioles and Cincinnati Reds and worked nationally with America’s Baseball Camps, coaching and evaluating athletes across the country.
Known for his patience and ability to connect with players, Isaac values the unique strengths each athlete brings. He is passionate about helping young athletes develop on and off the field, guiding them in both their baseball skills and personal growth.

At FSA Recruiting we believe there is a college baseball opportunity for many student-athletes who are willing to put in the work and approach the recruiting process with an open mind. While the school an athlete ultimately attends may not be the one they initially envisioned, there is often a program that is the right fit academically, athletically, and socially.
Our goal is to help families identify realistic opportunities by honestly evaluating each athlete's abilities, academic profile, and potential impact at the next level. We encourage student-athletes and parents to remain open to all levels of college athletics and to focus on finding a school where the athlete can thrive in the classroom, contribute to the team, and enjoy a meaningful college experience.
